History of SunByrnes & Brad Byrnes

SunByrnes Properties & Construction was founded in 2014 by Brad Byrnes, an innovative entrepreneur with a background in both real estate and technology. Brad’s journey began in the tech industry, where he excelled in computer sales and internet services. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Xpert Technologies in 2007, a premier IT vendor known for quality service. However, his passion for real estate never waned.

In his late teens, Brad was already starting to get invested in real estate, quickly acquiring over 30 rental properties. Learning valuable lessons along the way, he pivoted towards commercial office buildings, earning his builder’s license to expand into multifamily home construction. Today, his expertise spans general contracting in both commercial and residential sectors, with a strong focus on quality, client satisfaction, and long-term investment success. As a board member of the Troy Chamber of Commerce and The Rainbow Connection, Brad remains deeply involved in both business and community development.
