From Stalled Condo Project to Stabilized Community – Crossroad Pines

When SunByrnes acquired Crossroad Pines, only 18 of 42 planned units had been built, the project had sat inactive for over 15 years, and infrastructure including roads had significantly deteriorated. We took full control, completed the remaining 24 units, rebuilt critical site infrastructure, and made the strategic decision to convert the project from a for-sale condo model to a rental apartment community. We also reacquired previously sold individual units, formally terminated the condominium structure, and consolidated the entire development into a single 42-unit multifamily property – now fully owned and managed by SunByrnes.
