Cross Road Pines in Warren is a strong example of our repositioning capabilities – a stalled 18-unit condominium project that sat inactive for over 15 years. We acquired the property, completed the remaining 24 units, rebuilt deteriorated infrastructure, converted the project from a for-sale condo model to a stabilized 42-unit rental community, and now own and manage the asset. We identify underperforming and distressed properties across Southeast Michigan and execute strategies to unlock their full potential.
