SunByrnes Construction proudly completed the office build-out and renovation for Highstreet Insurance, delivering a seamless expansion and modernization of their workspace. The project added 4,000 sq. ft. of newly acquired space to their existing 8,000 sq. ft. office, creating a combined 12,000 sq. ft. environment tailored to support their growing operations.
Our team fully demolished the newly acquired area and built it out to match a sleek, modern design, while simultaneously renovating the original office space to align with the fresh look and feel of the expansion. The work included constructing private offices, open workstations, collaborative spaces, an upgraded reception area, modern breakrooms, and conference rooms, as well as installing new flooring, custom millwork, updated lighting, electrical systems, and high-end finishes.
