If you’d like to see a unit in person, please complete our Pre-Screen Application and pay the $5 non-refundable showing fee. This helps us verify serious interest and cover the travel time required, as our properties do not have on-site leasing offices.

By submitting this form and payment, you acknowledge and agree that the $5 showing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances — including cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, changes in availability, or if you decide not to move forward after viewing the unit.

Showings are scheduled only after your pre-screen and payment are received and reviewed. Payment of the showing fee does not guarantee approval or availability of any property.

Once your pre-screen and payment are received, we’ll contact you to confirm your showing appointment.
